Argyll and Bute’s ‘Living Well’ strategy wants to ensure that we have the structures in place to support people to self manage effectively. A key outcome is ensuring our staff are able and motivated to support the people that they see to live well. Coaching networks play an important role in this, through supporting and encouraging staff to develop person-centred skills and use these skills to aid self management and deliver person-centred care.

This event will seek input from HSCP and 3rd sector staff on how best to develop a coaching network for Argyll and Bute. The day will provide an overview of previous work within Argyll and Bute, followed by workshops on developing a coaching network for Argyll and Bute.
