Coaches have a crucial role to develop leaders as the demands on leaders increase dramatically as the world is changing at an unprecedented rate. In this volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world there are complex with interwoven challenges, and a solution lies with coaches, who are ideally placed to help leaders transition to become Coaching Leaders as current leadership is not sufficient to meet the challenges of our complex world.
