<p>The Council is in the process of developing an Equality Strategy, that will set out its vision to tackle and reduce inequality in Croydon, and work towards a place where all have the opportunity to prosper. </p><p>Understanding your views will help us to update existing equality objectives and develop an Equality Strategy, which will help us to shape services and priorities across the borough for the next 4 years.... so please let us know your views.  </p>
