Bydd y prosiect dysgu proffesiynol hwn, a ariennir, yn cefnogi ymarferwyr ar ddechrau eu gyrfa i ymgorffori cymhwysedd digidol mewn ymarfer dosbarth bob dydd. Bydd y cyfranogwyr yn archwilio ystod o offer digidol sydd ar gael drwy Hwb ac yn ystyried sut y gellir eu defnyddio’n bwrpasol i wella addysgu a dysgu.

Bydd angen i ymarferwyr sy’n cofrestru ar gyfer y digwyddiad hwn gadarnhau eu bod yn gallu mynychu pob un o’r pedair sesiwn yn y gyfres:

• 25 Medi 2026
• 27 Tachwedd 2026
• 29 Ionawr 2027
• 19 Mawrth 2027

Rhwng y sesiynau, bydd y cyfranogwyr yn treialu offer dethol yn eu dosbarthiadau eu hunain, yn myfyrio ar ymgysylltiad a deilliannau dysgwyr, ac yn mireinio eu harfer drwy ddull ymholi gweithredol. Yna byddant yn cynllunio, gweithredu a gwerthuso prosiect ymholi byr yn y dosbarth cyn rhannu eu prosiect gyda’r grŵp yn ystod y sesiwn olaf.

Mae’r prosiect yn canolbwyntio ar ddulliau ymarferol a hylaw sy’n meithrin hyder wrth ddefnyddio technoleg ddigidol yn ystyrlon ar draws y cwricwlwm.

Cynulleidfa Darged:

Mae’r prosiect hwn wedi’i anelu at ymarferwyr ar ddechrau eu gyrfa yn PS2 a PS3 sydd â phrofiad cyfyngedig o ddefnyddio offer digidol Hwb ac sy’n dymuno datblygu eu hyder wrth eu defnyddio’n bwrpasol ar draws y cwricwlwm. Nodwch fod y cyfle dysgu proffesiynol hwn ar gael i staff ysgolion Abertawe yn unig.

Amcanion y Sesiwn:

Erbyn diwedd y prosiect dysgu proffesiynol, bydd y cyfranogwyr yn gallu:

• Defnyddio ystod o offer digidol Hwb yn hyderus i wella addysgu a dysgu.

• Cynllunio, gweithredu a gwerthuso prosiect ymholi gweithredol yn y dosbarth gan ddefnyddio technoleg ddigidol.

• Myfyrio ar effaith dulliau digidol ar ymgysylltiad, annibyniaeth a hyder dysgwyr, a nodi’r camau nesaf ar gyfer eu harfer eu hunain.

Overview:

This partly funded professional learning project will support early career practitioners to embed digital competence in everyday classroom practice. Participants will explore a range of digital tools available through Hwb and consider how they can be used purposefully to enhance teaching and learning.

Practitioners signing up to attend this event will need to confirm that they are able to attend all 4 sessions in the series:

• 25th September 2026
• 27th November 2026
• 29th January 2027
• 19th March 2027

Between sessions, participants will trial selected tools in their own classrooms, reflect on learner engagement and outcomes, and refine their practice through an action enquiry approach. They will then plan, deliver and evaluate a short classroom enquiry project before sharing their project with the group during the final session.

The project focuses on practical, manageable approaches that build confidence in using digital technology meaningfully across the curriculum.

Target Audience:

This project is aimed at early career practitioners in PS2 and PS3 who have limited experience of using Hwb digital tools and would like to develop their confidence in using them purposefully across the curriculum. Please note that this professional learning opportunity is available to Swansea school employees only.

Aims:

By the end of the professional learning project, participants will be able to:

• Use a range of Hwb digital tools confidently to enhance teaching and learning.

• Plan, deliver and evaluate a classroom-based action enquiry project using digital technology.

• Reflect on the impact of digital approaches on learner engagement, independence and confidence, and identify next steps for their own practice.
