How do you reach teachers for in-service training? What do teachers want from museum and gallery training? What can we offer and how?

We know museums and galleries can offer a lot to support in-service teacher training, and when it works, it's brilliant. But what makes it brilliant? How do we deliver effective, successful teacher training programmes?
