Research & Innovation Support, University of Kent

Kent Innovation & Enterprise, in collaboration with L&OD, are holding an event exploring innovation, enterprise & external engagement.

SR2 Kennedy Building

Academics with responsibilities within their school for developing innovation, enterprise and external engagement, and those with an interest in this, are invited to a Kent Innovation &amp; Enterprise (KIE) networking lunch. We would like you to share your experience of developing such engagements in your school, and also provide an opportunity for you to let us know what kind of support from KIE might be helpful.
We will provide a brief overview of the various opportunities and ways in which KIE can support enterprise and innovation. 

A specific focus at this event will be a briefing on support KIE can provide to academics who wish to run Professional Development Training (PDT) sessions in their areas of expertise for external professionals. This will build on the previously successful short courses that Jackie Fotheringham (from KIE) helped to facilitate.
Lunch will be provided.
