Welcome to our online event on Developing Reading and Listening Skills in Primary Languages! Join us on Wednesday 7th May 2025 at 16:00 to learn valuable tips and strategies for enhancing reading and listening skills in primary languages.

By the end of primary school, we aim for children to feel confident, ready and excited to continue their language learning at secondary school with a solid grounding in language learning skills. Our aim is for children to become confident in practical, useful communication so that they feel that they can communicate in a range of real-life situations with native/fluent speakers, in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Join us as we focus on the receptive skills of reading and listening and how to tackle these with confidence.
