DEVELOPING TALENT WITH GREAT FEEDBACKJoin Alex Dalton of Leading Ideas in this session discussing how to create an open and supportive culture across your team through a confident approach to feedback. How to approach feedback conversations confidently and use them to help inspire and better understand your teams. Alex will delve into how great feedback conversations can build strong, high-performing teams, why we fear feedback, simple feedback models and managing difficult conversations.All sessions will close with 15 mins of Q&amp;A.About the event: Building a Healthy WorkplaceChannel 4 and the National Film &amp; Television School bring to you a week of free online sessions aimed at anyone working in Scripted and Unscripted production in the UK.The schedule includes masterclasses &amp; conversations with industry professionals, as well as offering practical knowledge, advice and strategies on topics as varied as HR, Access &amp; Inclusion, Giving Feedback and Mental Health Awareness &amp; Resilience.All sessions will be hosted on Zoom.
