In this workshop we&#x27;ll share intentional steps you should take in order to create an effective working relationship that benefits everyone involved. We&#x27;ll also provide an inclusive space where you can share and resolve current challenges or barriers that you face to fostering effective collaboration.Who&#x27;s this for?Anyone who wants to improve their working relationships. It was launched in 2018 by Tess Cooper, an expert facilitator with over a decade of experience building effective teams.We also run an innovative 6-month programme which supports small businesses, freelancers and young people to work and learn together. This workshop is freely accessible to our Collaborators, Affiliates and Interns.We have no shareholders and instead choose to reinvest all of our profits into furthering our social mission.
