Session OverviewBy the end of the session, participants will be able to: <ul><li>Recognise the main features of effective teaching and training practice. </li><li>Focus attention on what learners are doing and achieving, not just on the trainer or teacher. </li><li>Record clear, factual evidence of what they see and hear. </li></ul>Observation only works best when you know what you’re looking for. This session introduces the essentials of high-quality observation for quality teams.
