Tips about the Arts Council DYCP application for individual artists.

The DYCP programme from Arts Council England offers grants of up to £10,000 to support individual creative practitioners who want to take time to focus on their creative development. The deadline for the next round is 2nd September.Genevieve Carver is a freelance poet, writer and creative facilitator who has received over £40,000 of Arts Council funding for various projects, including a DYCP grant to focus on her creative writing practice. She regularly offers funding application advice to individuals and organisations.This session will provide simple and specific information for applying to the DYCP grant as well as more general tips about how to write funding applications. There will be the opportunity for general questions.Suitable for all disciplines inc. visual arts, theatre, music, creative writing etc.The session will happen on Google Meet and a link will be emailed on buying a ticket (£5).In addition, there are a limited number of 30 minute 1-2-1 sessions (£16 or £20 with workshop) which can be booked on a first come first serve basis to discuss your specific project, at a time that suits you.NB Genevieve is an independent creative practitioner with no affiliation to Arts Council England.
