Developing your ICS Intelligence Functions: Learning from the Local Knowledge and Intelligence Service

<h3>Webinar Series</h3>In readiness for the introduction of the NHSE/I guidance for ICS Intelligence Functions and supporting toolkit, the Strategy Unit are hosting a series of webinars to help analytical leads and other stakeholders develop their ICS Intelligence Functions. Case studies from the toolkit developed for NHSE/I by the Strategy Unit with advisory input from the Nuffield Trust will be shared as part of the webinars. Through these case studies, attendees will learn from systems and networks who have already made progress in enhancing their system-level intelligence. They will also be supported to understand the varied approaches they can take in delivering their own and the various support available to them in doing so. These webinars are practical, open sessions with those who have already made a start; talking about the opportunities and challenges of building cross-system intelligence. Attendees will have the opportunity to share and discuss best practice, build networks and ask questions. The webinars hosted by the Strategy Unit will be held virtually. Places are free but you will need to book onto each of the four sessions.About this webinar: The Local Knowledge and Intelligence Service is a key part of regional intelligence support infrastructure; in particular around population health intelligence and surveillance support to ICSs. This webinar will focus on how LKIS can support systems to deliver cross-system intelligence functions through identifying and building analytical capability; networking analytical resources; and brokering access to national population health analytics tools and support offers, amongst other opportunities.
