Developing your ICS Intelligence Functions: Learning from the Midlands Decision Support Network and Black Country and West Birmingham

<h3>Webinar Series</h3>In readiness for the introduction of the NHSE/I guidance for ICS Intelligence Functions and supporting toolkit, the Strategy Unit are hosting a series of webinars to help analytical leads and other stakeholders develop their ICS Intelligence Functions. Case studies from the toolkit developed for NHSE/I by the Strategy Unit with advisory input from the Nuffield Trust will be shared as part of the webinars. Through these case studies, attendees will learn from systems and networks who have already made progress in enhancing their system-level intelligence. They will also be supported to understand the varied approaches they can take in delivering their own and the various support available to them in doing so. These webinars are practical, open sessions with those who have already made a start; talking about the opportunities and challenges of building cross-system intelligence. Attendees will have the opportunity to share and discuss best practice, build networks and ask questions. The webinars hosted by the Strategy Unit will be held virtually. Places are free but you will need to book onto each of the four sessions.About this webinar: The Midlands Decision Support Network is a collaboration of all Midlands ICSs; co-operating over joint analytical projects; training and development to enhance analytical capability and networking analytical staff across the region. This webinar will discuss what this model looks like and benefits of doing analytical work &#x27;once for all&#x27;. How members of the network have used this offer to work for their systems will be discussed through the example of the Black Country and West Birmingham ICS.
