The Scottish Government has set an ambitious, but welcome target to build 50,000 new affordable homes over the next 5 years. Building these much needed homes is a great opportunuity but will be a challenge, as they will be a significant increase on the 33,000 built over the previous 5 years.

This event will look at examples of how housing associations can work together to deliver more homes, whether by working in partnership or by matching an association that wants to develop but lacks the staff, to one specialising in development with spare capacity.

Attendees will hear examples of partnership working from across the country, followed by an opportunity to explore potential partnerships with other organisations.

This is a free event and would benefit current developers or Housing Associations looking to develop.

There will be refreshments and a light lunch provided.
