The next of the Folklore Library and Archive's free monthly social events - Folklore Fridays.
We will be looking at the subject of witches in Devon, with an emphasis not on the big, well-known cases such as the Bideford Witches, but at some of the more community-embedded tales of cunning folk or healers, fortune tellers or people who may not have been all they seemed.
Free event, but donations are welcome to support the work of the charity in preserving and presenting folklore materials for everyone.
