Learn how to build and deploy a cloud function to call a Google API. Learn how to extend the code to scale with minimal changes.</h3><h3><strong>Speaker bio</strong> - Rich Rose is a Lab Architect at Google Cloud and author of Hands On Serverless with Google Cloud. Rich loves Serverless and Kubernetes and in his spare time likes to tinker with his many Raspberry PIs.</h3><h3></h3><h3><strong>TALK 02</strong> - Dialogflow - To infinity and beyond! by Guilherme Quelhos</h3><h3><strong>Synopsis</strong> - Dialogflow is just a small (and powerful) piece of a big puzzle. What else do we have to build great Customer eXperience solutions? Get insights to improve your agent and go beyond.</h3><h3>Speaker bio - Guilherme, an ACE certified senior computer engineer, helps customers to improve their Customer Experience (CX) by adopting cutting-edge engagement solutions provided by Genesys and Google. Huge experience working as Solution Architect dealing, more recently, with a variety of Google services such as DialogFlow and Speech APIs. He lives in London and dreams with sunny days in Brazil - difficult times to not be able to travel to your home town.</h3><h3></h3><h3><strong>TALK 03</strong> - Google Cloud Data Center Security by Stephanie Wong</h3><h3><strong>Synopsis</strong>- If you’ve wondered what it’s like behind the protected walls of a Google data center, this session will cover questions like: Why are visits so tightly restricted? How secure is a Google data center? How do we meet regulatory requirements? Stephanie will take you behind the scenes of how Google protects data at the infrastructure level, home to where data lives.</h3><h3><strong>Speaker bio</strong> - Stephanie Wong is a Developer Advocate, writer, and architect with a mission to create remarkable online developer content. She’s the creator of the Youtube series Networking End-to-End, Eyes on Enterprise, and the podcast How I Launched This: A SaaS Story. Born and raised in San Francisco, Stephanie&#x27;s active in her community, supporting women in tech, mentoring students, and is a hip hop dancer. You can find her online at @swongful.</h3><p></p><h3><strong>TALK 04 </strong>- Measuring DevOps through DataOps</h3><h3><strong>Synopsis</strong> - The DORA research has developed and validated four metrics that provide a high-level systems view of software delivery and performance and predict an organization’s ability to achieve its goals.  However, accurate collection of the data required to measure the four key metrics can be time.</h3><h3>This session will demo Four Keys, an open source project designed to automate the generation and collection of the four key DORA metrics, built on Data Ops principles. </h3><h3><strong>Speaker bio</strong> - Dina Graves Portman is a Google Cloud Developer Programs Engineer.  In her six years at Google, she’s served on all sides of the data world, including analytics, engineering, machine learning, and consulting.
