<P><SPAN>An event for suppliers who would like additional information about our intention to procure contracts for governance development programmes across the eight Regional School Commissioner (RSC) regions of England from 2019 to 2021.</SPAN></P>

<P CLASS="MsoNormal">The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:</P>

<DIV CLASS="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">Legal (Compliance with AFH, requirements of companies law, FAs, charities law and duties of charitable trustees, changes to OFSTED framework, Schemes of delegation and ensuring they are put in to practice, Separations of functions and property, Appropriate governance structures for trust size/geography/growth plans)</DIV>

<LI><SPAN></SPAN>Governance composition – difference re maintained schools and academy trusts and how needs to differ as an academy trust grows.</LI>
