A bit about me…Hi, I'm Lauren from The Lauren Project.I'm a certified life coach with a degree in psychology, and I'm on a mission to help women completely transform their relationship with food, their weight, their body - and themselves - to free up their time and energy, so they can start living bigger, bolder lives. We work towards a goal life, not just a goal weight!I spent over 25 years feeling out of control around food - yo-yo dieting, hating my body, and constantly obsessing over my weight. For a long time, I believed I could never change - it just felt like "who I was".But now, I feel calm and in control around all food. I'm confident in my body. I fuel myself with foods I love. I don't binge any more. I don't think about food and my weight all day long. I feel lighter, freer, empowered....and unstoppable! And that's exactly what I want for you too.
