Join Restore at Blenheim Palace for two afternoon events. Restore will deliver a series of short talks from mental health professionals with you and your team. Then you will be able to enjoy and  explore Blenheim Palace, including the incredible Christmas decorations and markets.These events offer a combination of learning and skill development, alongside team building and enjoyable time away from the usual workplace.

During Mental Health Awareness Week join experts from mental health charity, Restore, for short Lunch and Learn sessions to share insights on understanding stress  and having difficult conversations. Tickets are free with donations welcome.

Restore’s Lunch and Learn will explore why we avoid having difficult conversations, the importance of having them and practical techniques in how to have difficult conversations well. There will be a Q&amp;A. Led by Kate Brooks, a senior member of Restore&#x27;s coaching team, with extensive experience in people management, mentoring, coaching for employment, mental health recovery and strengths based coaching.
