<P>Outlier Ventures invites you to Diffusion 2019 Launch networking drinks where they will reveal the plans for their first dev con 'Diffusion 2019’.</P>
<P>The evening will bring together developers, decentralised projects, enterprise and technical academia to connect over drinks as they discuss building Web 3.0, the new data layer which will enable other deep technologies like AI and IoT to combine and converge. </P>
<P>You can hear about Outlier Ventures plans and upcoming initiatives with The Convergence Stack, as well as hearing the plan for their first dev con ‘Diffusion 2019’.</P>
