Digging Deeper into SIAMS
3 sessions which dig deeper into the SIAMS journey; one person can take part in all 3 sessions or different individuals from the same school can attend the aspects relevant to them.
• Session 1: Vision and Strategic Leadership
• Session 2: Vision - delving into the SIAMS Framework (vision into action) a look at IQs
• Session 3: Self-evaluation: Evidence gathering and how to present evidence (telling the story of our vision)
All sessions in this bundle are held online via Zoom.

Dates
• Session 1: Wednesday 8th October 2025, 9.30-11.30am
• Session 2: Wednesday 22nd October 2025, 9.30 - 11.30am
• Session 3: Tuesday 4th November 2025, 1.30-3.30pm
Cost
• £100 per person for all 3 sessions for schools in the SLA
• £125 per person for all 3 sessions for schools not in the SLA
Invoices will be sent after the 1st session
Bookings will close on Friday 3rd October
