Digital Process Mapping - Kendal
A practical workshop helping care providers use process mapping, AI and innovation tools to improve services safely.
This interactive workshop will help adult social care providers and commissioners explore practical ways to improve services, approach innovation and embed key DSPT requirements into everyday practice.
Through process mapping, sticky-note exercises and LEGO-based systems thinking, participants will explore how work, information and decisions move across areas such as workforce, care delivery, quality, finance and business operations. These activities will also show how practical DSPT evidence can be developed, including IARs, data flows, ROPAs and Data Asset Registers.
The afternoon will focus on identifying appropriate uses of AI, understanding the risks, and considering DPIAs, supplier due diligence, data protection and human oversight before introducing new technology.
Participants will leave with practical innovation techniques and a clearer understanding of how DSPT requirements can support, rather than sit separately from, service improvement.
