Talent Day is the largest digital & tech careers fair in the North and a must-attend event for those looking to start work in the industry.

Talent Day returns for 2026 - bigger, better and bursting with opportunity. This is your chance to kickstart your career in digital and tech, connect with the region’s top employers and take the next step towards your future.

This year, we’ll be taking over the stunning New Century Hall once more, right in the heart of Manchester city centre, for a full day dedicated to discovering what’s next. You can meet employers from across the North’s thriving tech scene, explore the latest job openings, and take part in sessions designed to help you grow your skills and confidence.

As the North’s largest and longest-running specialist tech careers event, Talent Day welcomes more than 2,000 graduates and job seekers every year - all keen to explore roles at Greater Manchester’s most innovative tech companies.

Whether you’re looking for your first role or your next big opportunity, Talent Day 2026 is where the region’s brightest talent meets its most exciting employers.

Who is it for?

We welcome students, graduates, bootcamp graduates, returners, career changers and job seekers looking for exciting roles in the digital and tech industry, as well as early careers professional development advice and support.

Who will be there?

Some of the North West's leading tech employers and training providers will be exhibiting. We'll be announce our 2026 exhibitors shortly.

How the day will run:

To help us manage capacity and ensure that everybody has a good experience, tickets will be allocated across three 2 hour time slots. Please book the time slot that suits you, and ensure you stick to that time on the day.

If you would prefer to visit when the event is less busy, we would advise booking for the final time slot of the day (2pm - 4pm).

All Manchester Digital events are designed to be inclusive and we adhere to a code of conduct which you can view here.

Data Usage Event Policy

By securing a ticket for this event you are consenting to receive information from Manchester Digital regarding the logistics of this event and a follow-up email post-event, we may also need to share any access requirements you have provided with a 3rd party such as the venue.

After we have sent your follow up event email we will hold your data for no longer than 6 months and during this time we will not share your information with third parties or contact you, unless you have given us consent to do so. Keeping your data for this period will only be to explicitly recap on the success of our campaign. After this period, the information you have provided will be deleted. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, please let us know.
