Digital Skills for Online Sales
A free workshop to help producers improve their online sales through the Open Food Network platform
Thank you for your interest in joining a free workshop as part of this project funded by the UK Government Digital Inclusion Innovation Fund.
These workshops aim to help build your skills and confidence to sell your food and produce online. The workshops are hosted by Tamar Valley Food Hubs and the Open Food Network UK, a digital platform that connects food growers and producers directly with customers. We can help you to set up your own shop, be more confident in managing your current profile and support on how to improve your sales through better descriptions and marketing.
- Get comfortable with the Open Food Network platform and online selling
- Understand how to keep your online product lists up to date, change stock levels and prices, and add new products
- Discover new market opportunities – including selling through food hubs and how to reach customers supported by the Healthy Start scheme
- Learn effective ways to promote your products online – what works, what doesn't, and how to stand out
