The summit will bring together NHS leaders to explore real-world digital transformation across primary care and wider NHS.
The Pathfinder Digital Transformation Summit 2026 is a one-day, delivery-focused healthcare event taking place on 2 June in Central London at Together Venues, 88 Wood Street.
The summit will bring together GPs, Gp Partners, NHS leaders, commissioners, policymakers, digital innovators, and system partners to explore real-world digital transformation across primary care, outpatient services, and wider integrated care systems.
Sessions will include keynote addresses, panel discussions, interactive debates, and delegate showcases highlighting real-world transformation initiatives from across the health system. There will also be opportunities for selected delegates to present their work and share case studies with peers and national stakeholders.
Attendance is free for NHS and policy colleagues, with both in-person and livestream options available.
