Lilian's Kitchen offers Asian Cookery Classes and Private Chef services, bringing a taste of Asian food to you.Growing up in Singapore Lilian was inspired by the bold, fragrant and exotic international food culture. Her resume includes some of the top international hotels in Asia including the renowned Raffles Singapore. Her travel all over Asia inspires her style of cooking for cuisines from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and India. Lilian love the privilege of sharing her experience and the cuisine from her heritage and her part of the world.Lilian is known for demystifying Asian cookery, her flavour combinations and presentation of her food. Her cookery classes are fun, interactive and enlightening with lots of hands on practice, you will leave the class with new grown confidence, clear and easy to follow recipes, and lots of tips to replicate the dishes at home with readily available ingredients from your local stores.Lilian combines a deep-rooted passion for food with a wealth of experience in catering and hospitality, coupled with her personal attention to details, every private dining experience is unique, pampering you and your guests with delicious food beautifully presented.Lilian was featured on Simply Good Food TV Network's 'World’s first 24 hour live cooking show',  Velvet Magazine's matching Asian food & wine and British Baker Magazine sharing her baking and decorating tips. Her Vietnamese recipes were published on Food & Culture in the Bury Free Press paper.  Lilian will be performing live on the food theatre for Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds to celebrate the theatre's 200th year anniversary in June 2019.

Using ready-made dumpling wrappers, we’ll keep things simple, tasty, and easy to recreate at home. These dim sum are perfect for making in advance: just prepare a batch, freeze them, and cook them straight from the frozen whenever you fancy a treat.</p>
