DinoCon is the UK’s largest Palaeontology themed convention celebrating all things prehistoric.

Join us for another year at DinoCon!

Last year, we were in Exeter. This year, we're coming to Birmingham!

Get ready for a RAWR-some time at DinoCon! This event is happening on Saturday 25th July 2026 - Sunday 26th July 2026 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Come and meet fellow dinosaur lovers, learn from palaeotology experts, and maybe even unearth some prehistoric-themed goodies in our vendor hall. Whether you're a dino fan, a palaeontology enthusiast, a scientist, or just curious, there's something for everyone at DinoCon!

Dino may be in our name, but we delve into all aspects of palaeontology, not just dinosaurs!

You must hold a valid ticket to be able to attend DinoCon 2026. All tickets will have a QR code and a ticket order number which will be provided in a confirmation email upon successful purchase of a ticket. Please show the QR code or ticket order number during check-in. We cannot provide physical tickets through the post.

All tickets must be purchased before Thursday 23rd July. We cannot provide tickets at the door on the day of the event.

Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday Evening Quiz & Art Exhibition (16+ only): 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Weekend Admission:

Admission for 1 person for the full weekend.

The Saturday Evening Quiz & Art Exhibition is for over 16s only.

Attendees aged 0-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) with a valid ticket at all times.

• Young person (16-17) = £60
• Child (5-15) = £45
• Infant (0-4) = Free

Saturday Only Admission:

Admission for 1 person for Saturday only.

The Saturday Evening Quiz & Art Exhibition is for over 16s only.

Personal Care Attendants: If you need to bring a personal care attendant to assist you during the event, or you are attending DinoCon with someone who requires your care, Please email us (info@dinocon.co.uk) with your ticket number and name if you require a carer’s ticket.

Only one free carer ticket can be issued per ticket holder who needs assistance. If additional carer tickets are required, this will considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note; our ticketing system does not allow the sale of children or young adult tickets without an adult ticket. Please email us at info@dinocon.co.uk if you are needing to book a ticket for an individual aged 5-17 years old who requires a personal care attendant.
