Course Overview

This workshop provides a practical understanding of disability rights under the Equality Act 2010 and related legislation. It explores the different types of disability discrimination, the legal obligations of employers, service providers, and public bodies, and the steps needed to ensure inclusion and accessibility. Participants will also learn about available support and remedies for those affected by discrimination.
