Oonagh Browne, Founder of The Cacao Ambassador, award-winning Chocolatier and passionate voice for Cacao, is coming to Poole from New Zealand to share her wisdom of the sacred cacao plant and how we can use it for better health, flow, creativity, connection and community.Whether you already love cacao, or you have never heard of it,or you would love to share with your yoga teaching or workshops, prepare to have your mind and heart opened to the wonders of cacao in a new way.The workshop includes:The story of cacao, past, present and future. Abundant cacao  &amp; chocolate tasting and sensory explorations. Make your own paste and tea. Drink a unique potent Cacao brew, with traditional Maori medicines. Leave calm, connected and clear about how to bring cacao into your life and offerings.

Learn how to prepare your own drinking paste, compare and contrast with other blends, discover how and why Cacao is different (and better!) than Chocolate. Smell, taste, play with all of the different stages of the plant and even make your own Cacao Husk Tea - which is also utterly delicious.

Really and truly get to know the depth of the process of farming and producing Cacao in the way Oonagh directs and discover how this way is sustaining new communities to a sustainable and fair income. Find out how she has worked with Pacific farmers to ensure the beans are less than 30 days old when they are sundried, and why they have developed a 24 hour stone-grinding method for our Western bodies.

Common Roots Cacao is the UK founded Cacao Supplier and Partner of The Cacao Ambassador. Together, three women on a flowing, mission to un-do much of the unhelpful language and &#x27;rules&#x27; around ceremonial Cacao and bust the myths that keep this superfood too expensive or exclusive for daily medicinal benefits. We honour and bow to the sacred traditions and ceremonies of Cacao and at the same time, we offer a new, modern paradigm as a flourishing model for Cacao in the West and beyond.
