We are Dudley Mind, part of the Mind family, We are a local mental health charity that aims to improve and promote recov-ery and wellbeing for people living in the Dudley borough and surrounding areas affected by poor mental health.We try to work alongside people to assist them in finding a route to recovery that works for them.We remain independent, with our own board of trustees made up of volunteers, some of whom have their own experience of mental health.

Merry Hill Retail Park

Starting Saturday 30th of November we will be running a series of Mindfulness sessions at Intu Merry Hill in Dudley. During these sessions you will learn	<ul><li>What is Mindfulness. </li><li>The science behind mindfulness.	</li><li>How it can it help you reduce stress, anxiety and depression. </li><li>Practical Mindfulness. </li></ul>Learn how to live in the here and now and take in your surroundings. The sessions will be held in Merry Hill&#x27;s <a href="https://intu.co.uk/merryhill/stores/meeting-rooms-castle-earls-lounge" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bold Room</a>Limited places of 40 people per session.
