Hello!  I’m Tracy Ward and I’m Your Catalyst for Change.I’m also a wife, mum of two, tennis player, accountant, black belt, cake baker, golfer, project manager, wine lover, Certified Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer – not necessarily in that order!Life is too short not to do what you love. We often find ourselves stuck – be it a career,  a relationship or the relationship with ourselves – and the longer we stay, the harder it is to change. I’ve experienced this firsthand and have now transitioned careers, becoming an NLP Master Coach, Trainer, and Hypnotherapist. The valuable knowledge I’ve gained is something I’m passionate about sharing with others to help others love their life.My vision is to offer practical, transformational coaching and training that is life-changing, exceptional value, and fun. NLP is often described as a user manual for your brain and just like a manual for your car, once you understand how it works, you are able to fix it and also service it regularly so that it continues to drive smoothly.You will learn how easily NLP techniques can be incorporated into your daily life and you will be empowered to change your life for the better.
