Join us for an engaging and practical two-hour session designed especially for small charities! We’ll demystify generative AI—explaining what it is, what it isn’t, and how it can become your partner, not a replacement.
Explore how generative AI tools can help you serve more people more effectively, engage in a TIY (try-it-yourself) session and discuss practical limitations and ethical issues.
You will also discuss how generative AI might help your work and what your future needs are, including your training needs.
Don’t miss this chance to explore, experiment, and shape the future of AI for charities!
This session will be led by Dr. Doris Dippold from the University of Surrey where she is a fellow of the Institute for People-Centred AI. Her research focuses on how chatbots and other forms of generative AI can help underrepresented communities gain access to vital services. Doris is currently supporting the implementation of an innovative AI-based digital receptionist system in Islington.
