What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Being in central london there will be great transport links to the location.
What can I bring into the event?
You WILL need to bring a suitable laptop with Tableau 10.2 downloaded and installed.

What's the refund policy?
We are currently unable to offer a refund for any ticket purchased - however you CAN transfer your ticket to another attendee if you let us know a minimum of 48 hours before the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You dont have to bring your ticket, but please bring along your confirmation email (digital copy is fine) in case we need to verify you against our registration list.
Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Your ticket is transferrable (between persons) if you let us know a mimimum of 48 hours before the event. We are currently unable to offer ticket transfers between events.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No - if you can no longer attend and wish for someone else to take your place , please contact us at info@cloudstreampartners.com at least 48 hours before the event.
