SPEAKER
The speaker is Greg Cunningam, Advocate, Westwater Advocates.
Greg has enjoyed a varied practice at the bar, with an active interest in employment dispute resolution and litigation throughout this time.
He has wide ranging experience of employment tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal, discrimination (+ gender issues), equal pay, whistleblowing, TUPE, restricted covenants and mediation etc.
His tribunal experience includes the ET and EAT in England as well as Scotland and has appeared in the Inner House in employment cases. He is instructed on behalf of claimants and respondents.
He is a member of the ELA, has served on a number of ELA Working Parties (most recently Human Rights at Work) and is a founding member of the Employment Law Group (Faculty of Advocates). He is a former member of the Association of Pension Lawyers Litigation Committee (UK).
He is an accredited mediator.
