This is 2-day classroom course is the essential first step in your journey into learning the Disguise Designer software.You'll be guided through core concepts and workflows essential for building immersive video experiences using Disguise's Designer software. The course is designed to ensure a solid foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of the platform.What you’ll learn:<ul><li>Introduction to the Disguise software and hardware ecosystem</li><li>Navigating the GUI and understanding the layout</li><li>File and folder structure best practices</li><li>Setting up the Stage window and working in 3D space</li><li>Timeline-based sequencing and transport controls</li><li>Understanding and using different media formats and codecs</li><li>Working with layers, including Video and Generative Pattern Layers</li><li>Editing and customizing your stage environment</li><li>Integrating LED screens and projection surfaces</li><li>Setting up and aligning virtual projectors</li><li>Using camera bookmarks and camera animations</li><li>Layer grouping and keyframing for advanced control</li><li>Content mapping workflows: Direct Map, Feed Map, and Parallel Map</li><li>Using Content Arrows and Piping to route media</li><li>Introduction to the Feed Window and how to configure outputs</li><li>Setting up and configuring MIDI devices</li><li>Overview of d3Net and understanding server roles in a network</li><li>Animating 3D objects and optimising performance with Schematic and Lux render modes</li><li>Exporting videos and still images from your project</li></ul> By the end of the course, you'll have an understanding of how to set up, design, and deliver a project from start to finish using Disguise. <h4>Hardware Requirements:</h4><ul><li>Windows laptop*</li><li>Installed Designer Starter</li><li>A three-button mouse</li></ul> *Please refer to this link for the minimum system requirements https://help.disguise.one/designer/getting-started/system-requirements.html
