Led by Dr Jocelyn Dautel and Lisa Jane Rodgers from Queen's University Belfast

Join us to explore the fascinating world of developmental science research being conducted at Queen’s University and Ulster University through hands-on activities designed for kids and families!

Children can enjoy colouring, drawing games, puzzles, and even test out special apps or equipment created by researchers. Children and caregivers can learn about the activities inspired by real studies, but with a playful twist.

Attendees will also get the chance to step into the shoes of a researcher! Guided by a fun, easy-to-follow script, they can take on the role of a scientist and 'interview' their caregiver, sibling, or one of our team.

It’s a hands-on way to spark curiosity, creativity, and imagination—while having lots of fun along the way.
