Is your charity full of ambition to be as inclusive as possible?
Want to better reflect the diversity of the people who make up your organsation and the people you help and support?
Do you have all the right intentions but feel you need a bit of support turning those intentions into tangible actions and outcomes?
There is often little difficulty getting charities to understand the need and importance of embracing diversity, being inclusive and working with equality. Where it can get tricky is understanding how to turn those noble ambitions into a practical reality that reflects these values without feeling like you're forcing the issue or doing it all simply so others can see you do it.
Diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) needs to come from the heart but ultimately equally needs to be implemented in a practical way that delivers meaningfull outcomes.
Watch our on-demand online workshop (anytime), designed to support charities in fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equality. An invaluable tool for any charity looking to embrace and implement inclusive practices within their workforce and community.
This workshop is not about 'tokenism' or simply trying to 'look like' you're doing the right thing. This workshop aims to offer a real World, relatable resource that any charity can use to help them conceive, implement and maintain truly meaningful change in their working practises and equally importantly, outcomes. And yes, a byproduct of that will be you are seen to be doing the right thing.
Because, ultimately, you can talk about a desire to be inclusive and embrace diversity all you want, and lots of organisations do just that, talk. But charities and non-profits are held to a higher standard and the expectation of your trustees, stakeholders and public generally is that you do more than talk, that you deliver an environment and service that is as inclusive and equal for all as it possible can be.
This is not always easy to actually deliver in meaningful and real terms. So that's where our online workshop helps the most. Offering you a route map of real actions, better understanding and so much more than talk to help get your charity to where it needs to be.
