Registration using Eventbrite:
This year we will run 4-hour sessions covering System Planning for Distribution and Transmission (Gas and Liquids), System Planning for Water, System Planning for Midstream, Control Room and Integrity and Risk. These sessions will run 3 days over a two week period. Below you will find general information and tips when registering. We will also host a General Session Tuesday, September 15 and Tuesday, September 22 to kick off the event. Please review to help support you during the registration process.
- All sessions will be held via Microsoft TEAMs. There is no need to download anything before hand as you can access by your browser unless you'd like to join via smartphone. You will then need to download the app, but this can be done by clicking the meeting links from your smartphone prior to the session.
- When registering you will be prompted to select individual tickets for each general session and topic track you would like to attend.
- Each ticket corresponds to the TEAMs meeting link and course materials, so you will receive a link for each topic track you have registered to attend. This link will be available and sent at least 2 hours before meeting start for each day.
- All TEAMs meeting links and session materials will be sent via Eventbrite so be sure Eventbrite is whitelisted to prevent these e-mails going to SPAM.
- Given the virtual nature, Eventbrite will require you to log in to access any meeting links and materials as a security measure. With this in mind, give yourself time when joining the meeting to eliminate any issues.
- You can update your registration by using your confirmation e-mail, so be sure to save it for future use.
