Nils runs the Customer Value Management Office at DocuSign EMEA and advises strategic customers on how to innovate their business model with DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud.Nils has extensive experience in European Utilities along the value chain, in particular in the unbundling of the Italian, German, Austrian and French market.Nils has worked with Enel, Eni, Edison, Hera, EDF, Engie, Veolia, RWE, Eon, Evonik, Energie AG among others.

The event will also be attended by the Utility leads of Salesforce.com and GoCardless.

GoCardless is a British technology success story, helping companies to digitise the direct debit process. With a significant presence in the Utility market GoCardless will share their experiences and lessons learned from companies like yours.

Salesforce.com work with a large number of energy and water providers to transform their sales and service operations and will share some of their learnings from other utility clients.
