Does research always mean the death knell of campaigns destined for greatness, falling foul of rigid testing regimes and bored consumers? Or are we too craven to properly consult the people we need to engage and work with research companies to create work that bridges the divide?As always we try to ask the big questions so we’ve rounded up some really clever people with a stake in the process to help us answer them.
