Donor Journey Mastery MASTERCLASS
Overview
In today’s competitive fundraising landscape, securing a first donation is only the beginning. Yet for many charities, the relationship stops there. Finding new donors takes precious time and often scarce resources so stewarding donors after their first gift is invaluable.
Building strong donor relationships doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. With the right approach, understanding and then maximising your donor journeys becomes a powerful opportunity, not an added burden.
This Donor Journeys MASTERCLASS, led by trainer Jamila Daley-Jeffers, will break down donor stewardship in a clear, achievable way from first donation to long-term giving. You’ll leave feeling more confident and equipped to build lasting donor relationships supporting your charitable organisation.
This MASTERCLASS will provide practical tools, frameworks, and tips you can apply straight away. You’ll gain practical insights to help you approach donor journeys with clarity and confidence and maximise your fundraising potential.
Who is it for?
This MASTERCLASS is designed for individuals in fundraising and/or communication teams in charitable organisations across all areas.
Whether you’re just starting to explore donor journeys or refining existing plans, the session is accessible, relevant, and easy to apply regardless of the size of your organisation.
