New Year. New Habits. New You!

A supportive menopause workshop for calm, clarity and confidence

As we move out of one year and into the next, many women experiencing hormonal changes notice an increase in anxiety, stress and overwhelm. The pressure to “reset” can feel exhausting — especially when you’re already tired.

Are you feeling:

  • Drained, stressed or overwhelmed?
  • Fed up with feeling stuck in habits that no longer support you?
  • In need of space to pause, reflect and gently reset?

This free, interactive menopause workshop offers exactly that — a calm, welcoming space just for you.

Together, we’ll explore how your current habits are serving you, where you may want to let go, and how to rebuild self-trust, resilience and clarity as you step into 2026. Rather than adding pressure, this session focuses on gentle, realistic changes that truly support women navigating hormone flux.

What to expect

  • Guided reflection and journaling
  • Letting go of the previous year and unhelpful habits
  • Simple, supportive habit-building ideas
  • Breathwork to anchor calm and create space for change
  • Practical tools you can take away and use in everyday life

You’ll be guided by our guest expert Kala Flynn, an accredited Mindset Optimising Coach known for her interactive, immersive workshops. Kala shares simple, practical tools, mindset hacks and life strategies to help women feel more in control, calmer and confident in themselves again.
