Join us for a feel good Dopamine craft session designed to spark creativity and help you unwind. In this relaxed and welcoming space.

You will create your own unique wall hanging, complete with a personalised initial. Choose from a variety of fabrics, textures, and colours to make something that truly reflects your style, or get playful and experiment with your design. Theres no pressure, just time to slow down, chat, and enjoy the process.

You're also welcome to bring along your own project if you're already working on something and would like to add to it in a supportive, social setting. Whether you're a total beginner or love getting crafty, this session is all about creativity, conection, and a little boost of joy. Leave with something handmade and meaningful, and maybe a few new ideas too.
