What to Expect

Join us for our next session where we will be creating ‘dopamine diaries’.

Please note: this session is for those who identify as women and are over 18 only.

Attendees will have access to a variety of book making materials to produce a book of their choice. This could include a personalised journal, recipe book or hobby book for example. They will also be provided with the tools required to complete the book making and decorating process. While materials will be provided, attendees are welcome to bring any of their own materials.

Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. We foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.

This session will be held in the cosy, tranquil, private yurt in Paradise Garden. You can buy teas, coffees or something stronger from the bar, and tap water will be provided.

It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me linked on our website.

Please be aware that men may be present at the venue as customers/staff at the cafe.

There are limited places due to staffing and size of the venue, so we ask that you only book a place if you plan on attending. If you can’t attend, please cancel and let us know.
