North Kensington Library

Take time out to slow down and reconnect through creativity. Drawing for Wellness is a free, gentle session designed to support mindfulness, relaxation and presence, while easing you into the creative process.Participants will be guided to explore simple shapes and flowing lines at a relaxed pace, enjoying the calming, meditative rhythm of free-flow mark-making on paper. The focus is on the process rather than the outcome, creating space to unwind and enjoy the moment. No prior art experience is required, and all materials are provided. The session is open to everyone and takes place in a welcoming, pressure-free environment - perfect for anyone looking for a mindful and creative break.
