What time does the doors open and what time does the event start?

Accepted Answer

The doors will be open from 6.30pm to check in, grab a drink and begin networking. The talks and panels will begin from 7.00pm with regular breaks throughout the night.

Who are the speakers and panellists?

Is the venue accessible?

Headrow House has a lift for access to the event which is taking place in the Event Space on the 1st Floor and two accessible toilets. Please get in touch with us directly studiogreenly@gmail.com if you are a wheelchair user with a ticket so we can arrange a designated space for you.

How can I get to the venue by public transport?

Accepted Answer

There are many buses that stop along the Headrow. The venue is also a 5-10 minute walk from Leeds Bus Station. Leeds Train Station is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Is the venue dog friendly?

Accepted Answer

Headrow House unfortunately does not allow dogs but they do welcome all registered assistance dogs. Please contact them prior to your arrival at the venue so they can make arrangements for you.

Is there any parking at the venue?

Unfortunately, Headrow House does not have its own parking facilities. The nearest car parks are Victoria Leeds Multi Storey Car Park (LS2 7AU) and Edward Street Car Park (LS2 7NU). For taxis and drop offs, there is a space right outside the front of the venue.

Will I be able to buy the artists' work or donate to MAP on the night?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be a selection of works from the artists - all sales will go directly to them. We will be collecting donations for MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians) - all proceeds will go directly to the charity.

Why do you ask attendees to pay Eventbrite ticket fees?

This ensures the profits can go directly to all the artists and organisers involved in making the event possible.

Question 9

Where does the money from the ticket sales go?

Accepted Answer

The money will go towards paying our event artworker and paying the speakers and panellists at the event.
