Can children attend the event?

No, sorry. As alcohol is being served and sold this is a strictly over 18's event.

Question 2

Is food available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will have a food hall downstairs serving hot and cold Japanese food for visitors. From Sushi to Ramen we have it all! Sorry you may not bring your own food into the venue.

Question 3

Whats your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We will refund tickets in full, up to 48 hours before the start of the event  on the 4th October 2024. Minus any Eventbrite costs. Those will be charged against your ticket refund. Sorry! Within 48 hours of the event, 50% will be refunded. On the day or after the event we cannot give refunds.

Can you deliver to my home any products that I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will have a shop downstairs in the food hall.  A box that can carry the equivilent of 12 bottles of Wine or Sake up to 20kg is £20.50 anywhere in the UK. Delivery will be 8/9 October. We have a number of different solutions for home delivery.

Can I buy tickest on the door?

Yes! But only if we have room. There are striclt limits on visitor attendance so please buy your tickets in advance.

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not. Due to the nature of the event and the handling of food and drinks, we don't allow pets in the venue.
