Auto Trader’s COO, Catherine Faiers, will provide the latest market insights, including the key trends in consumer behaviour over the course of pandemic, and how attitudes have changed since forecourts reopened in April. Anita will share the latest consumer research into the sentiment towards EV adoption and the trends according to facebook.
Emerging from Lockdowns - Neil Addley, JudgeService
Neil will share insight on buyers, reaction to lockdowns from a customer service perspective as well as “State of the Nation” research based on franchised dealers buyers attitudes.Break	
Digital retailing research	- Ian Plummer, Auto Trader
Ian Plummer, Auto Trader’s commercial director, will exclusively share the key findings from a brand-new study conducted by ICDP in partnership with the NFDA and Auto Trader. The research will reveal the positive influence online retailing is having on businesses beyond driving sales and enhancing the consumer experience.
Electric Vehicles and EVA	 - John O’Hanlon
John will discuss the initiatives taken by the NFDA to help build an electric retailing future as well as his own insight into electrification.
Retailer spotlight	- Mark Lavery, Cambria
Mark will share details of Cambria’s digital journey over the last 15 months – how the business reacted to the pandemic digitally, and its plans going forward.
Panel &amp; Q&amp;A	
Hosted by Neil Addley, and with potential guests: Marc Palmer, Auto Trader; John O’Hanlon, Waylands; Anita Fox, Facebook and Mark Lavery, Cambria.

The panel discussion will be an opportunity for the guests to respond to - and bring to life - the research and presentations. We’ll hear how the retailers responded and adapted to the challenges of the pandemic with digital, the outcome, and in particular, the key efficiencies it helped drive across their respective businesses.

Also, what’s their view on digital and electrification now, five months after physical forecourts have reopened i.e. what lasting impact has it had on their operations and how will electrification impact on the shape the future of the automotive industry.
