Drop In - Breathwork
Drop in and breathe - join me for this conscious connected breathwork session, set to immersive electronic music.
This conscious connected breathwork experience, set to immersive electronic music, is designed for those who feel constantly “on”—creatives, professionals, and high-performers, those who struggle to switch off, feel anxious, or carry underlying tension. Through a guided, continuous breathing technique, you’ll be supported to safely release stored stress and trauma, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner self. As the body lets go, the mind often follows—creating space for clearer thoughts, renewed energy, and a deeper sense of calm and clarity.
I'm a trained Medicine Woman, fully qualified Sound Therapist and 8 months into a 10 month breathwork course with Breathing Space. I've practiced breathwork for several years and it has really brought me back to myself, getting rid of fears and anxiety and guiding me back to finding my true purpose in this life. I feel so passionate about the breath and what we can heal with it, I want everyone to experience it.
Contraindications:Breathwork can be powerful and isn’t suitable for everyone. Please consult a professional before attending if you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, severe asthma, recent surgery, or are pregnant. It may also not be appropriate for those with certain mental health conditions such as severe PTSD, psychosis, or if you are currently experiencing extreme emotional distress without support. If you’re unsure, it’s best to check first—your safety and wellbeing come first.
