Join us for a cuppa at our Energy Cafe, where we provide free, expert, independent, one-to-one energy advice. We can help with:

- Advice with bills (please bring it with you)

- Contacting energy companies on your behalf

- Support and guidance for grants and discounts

- Home visits are available for extra support if needed

This energy cafe can be accessed by drop-in or by appointment (click here to book an appointment). We recommend booking to ensure that you are seen.


Do you need advice in a language that is not English?

We give advice in other languages. Please ensure you come in on the day when the advisor who speaks your language is present:

  • Meet with Haqqa in English or Urdu – Mondays (10:00 am - 1:00 pm)
  • Meet with Rhodri in English – Tuesdays (2:00 – 5:00 pm)
  • Meet with Bilqis in English or Bengali – Wednesdays (2:00 – 5:00 pm)
  • Meet with Steven in English, Spanish or Portuguese – Thursdays (10:00 am - 1:00 pm)
  • Meet with Naveel in English or Urdu – Fridays (10:00 am - 1:00 pm)

If you need advice in another language please email energy.advice@selce.org.uk to let us know which language you speak and we will coordinate a translator and a time to speak.


Access notes:

The building is wheelchair accessible.

Our energy cafe is on the first floor, which can be accessed by lifts.
